GPS-tagged clock-ins
from the Yes Foreman platform
Clock-ins record where they happened when the phone allows it. No more “were you actually on site” arguments.

GPS-tagged clock-ins in Foreman: how it works
When hours are guessed at the end of the week, somebody always ends up paid wrong. Foreman's mobile app lets the crew clock on and off at the job, records the location when the phone allows it, and turns punches into timesheets you approve.
Step 1
Clock in from the phone
Tap Clock In on the Home or Time tab to start the day. Starting a job when you're not clocked in asks first, then clocks you in for the day.
Step 2
Location on the punch
With the phone's location permission turned on, the clock-in records where it happened, so there's no argument about whether someone was on site.
Step 3
Breaks and job time
Log a break or unpaid time with one tap. Job punches track time on each job, and overlapping day and job time only counts once toward paid hours.
Step 4
Approve the timesheet
Punches feed pay-period timesheets on the web. Approve each person's hours, then lock the period or send it to payroll.
GPS-tagged clock-ins: common questions
Does Foreman track staff all day?
No. Location is recorded on the clock-in punch when the phone's location permission allows it, not as continuous tracking.
What if someone clocks in by mistake?
Undo clock in removes the punch entirely. Past entries can be deleted with confirmation, and locked weeks can't be changed.
What about sites with no reception?
The clock-in is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the phone is back online, even if the app is closed in between.
