Can I change the example?
Yes. Every field is editable: logo, names, date, start time, crew, scope lines, materials, access, notes, and sign-off. Use Start blank if you do not want the bathroom example.
How is a work order different from a quote?
The quote is the offer. The work order is the instruction once they said yes. Same job, no prices - scope, what to bring, how to get in, and when to stop and vary.
What if the job changes on site?
Stop. Write the variation. Get a yes. Then finish. Put that rule in the notes field so it is on the paper they take into the ceiling.
Does the logo get uploaded?
No. The image stays in this browser tab. Print and PDF include it. Copy as text does not.
